Wafer handling robots are mainly used in the semiconductor industry, such as the handling and flipping of precision products like silicon wafers, and  precision transportation and transmission of other processing components, such as small panel handling in the panel industry and GRIP RING handling in the LED industry, which require high operational accuracy.
